Our Approach

We carry out a structured, non‑invasive assessment using thermal imaging, moisture meters and environmental monitoring where required. Reports are impartial, evidence‑based and designed to support housing teams in meeting their responsibilities.

As an RPSA Technical Member, our assessments follow recognised independent surveying standards alongside BS 5250 (Management of Moisture in Buildings), the RICS Joint Position Statement on Dampness in Buildings, and Occupational Health & Safety principles.

We also hold Awaab’s Law accreditation and are DBS checked, supporting safe and compliant work in social and supported housing.
